In most cases, it takes a village to plan an event, but you'll soon discover that all it takes is BITK. Our resources, creativity, and above all, dedication to providing the finest food in town, will ensure that your party is a stress free success.
ENTERTAINMENT: Once you determine your guest count, we can coordinate rentals, linens, tenting, music, bar set ups… even chocolate fountains!
SERVERS/LABOR: We can provide your dream team of food servers, chefs and bartenders.
PRIVATE PARTY SERVERS & BARTENDERS: $185 (for 5 hours*)
PRIVATE PARTY CHEF: $200 (for 5 hours*)
*Overtime is $50/hour per staff member after 5 hours
SERVICE CHARGE: An 18% Production/Service charge is standard for private parties where labor is required. Depending on the size and scale of your event, there are several days leading up to it where a team of workers is creating menus, purchasing and stocking necessary ingredients and prepping the kitchen to ensure flawless execution. This charge also covers liability insurance.
Server gratuity is additional and is always at the discretion of the client.
BITK requires a 20% deposit for all private parties.
CANCELLATIONS: For productions and small orders, there is no charge for cancellations prior to 48 hours. There is a 50% charge (on food) for cancellations within 24 hours. For weddings, private parties and corporate functions, we require 10 days notice for cancellations. Please submit cancellations in writing.
